Both Suites are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units with king sized beds. The bedrooms are air-conditioned but were also designed to take advantage of the breezes (las brisas) that blow off the ocean during the day and down out of the mountains at night. The master bedrooms have 2 basin ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The main bathrooms can be enclosed with the second bedroom, to create a second ensuite. The suites have fully equipped granite kitchens, indoor and outdoor sitting and dining areas. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom, in the kitchen, dining, sitting areas and even the outdoor spaces. The suites are fully screened to enjoy the breezes without bugs. Common Areas The Suites share the pool and covered pool-deck, beach patio, BBQ area. There is at least one spot each of covered, secured off-street and on-street parking for each suite. A "Secret Garden" door on the side leads to "Palm Alley", a shaded access pathway to the open beach. The patio naturally shaded by coco palms and a paved walkway to the beach, sand and waves. Just inside the door is an outdoor shower and foot tap to wash off any sand that may have become attached to you. Also on our beach we have a classic labyrinth on which to enjoy meditation or just a peaceful walk in the ocean breeze. A siesta on one of the patios or drinking in the sunset can happen seaside. Maybe you'll see the "green flash." WIFI We have moderate-speed internet throughout the property - it is rebroadcast from up one of our coco palms. There is even a second router aimed out to the beach, so you never need be out of touch. |

Las Palmas Suite - second level

The Ocean view is through the coco palms.
This second level 2 bedroom 2 bath room suite sits at the tree-top level of the coco palms. The view to the ocean is matched by the view to the mountains and the millions of coco trees in the plantations surrounding the entire district. This suite has exclusive access to the 3rd level mirador (lookout) with a lighted palapa. There is space for lounging in the sun, sitting and looking at the views and tables and chairs for dinner and cards. The sunrise view is stunning. Gallery of InSuite Photos below. |
Poolside Terrace Suite - ground level

Enjoy the view or eat your meals on the covered terrace - it looks onto the pool, down to the beach and ocean beyond.
This ground-floor 2 bedroom 2 bath room suite is easy one-level access - no stairs. But sadly not standard wheelchair accessible as the bedroom door is only 30" wide and there is a cabinet 32" in front of the bathroom door.
